Shrutya Bhalla
Shrutya Bhalla is a biopharma strategist with deep expertise in pharmaceutical commercialization across the product lifecycle, from R&D through launch and market access optimization.
He holds a Master’s in Pharmacology and a Global Executive MBA from the University of Toronto.
He has extensive experience in commercialization of mRNA vaccines for COVID-19 and oncology therapies. He is currently focused on the commercialization of Quantitative Complexity Theory (QCT) applications in drug discovery and development. Shrutya is passionate about advancing data-driven and explainable approaches to decision-making in life sciences.

Jacek Marczyk, Ph.D.
Jacek Marczyk is an ex rocket scientist and published author. He developed the Quantitative Complexity Theory in 2003. In 2005 he founded Ontonix. He currently focuses on QCT-based Artificial Intuition (a next-gen, physics-based version of Artificial Intelligence that doesn’t require Machine Learning) in application to medicine and drug discovery.
Dr. Marczyk holds an MS in Aeronautical Engineering (Politecnico di Milano), MS in Aerospace Engineering (Politecnico di Torino) and a Ph.D in Civil Engineering (Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya). During his career he has worked at companies such as EADS, BMW AG, Centric Engineering Systems, Tecnomare, ESI, Silicon Graphics and MSC Software.
